A regular meeting of the Bureau of the Division of Physical Mathematical and Technical Sciences (DPMTS) took place at the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS on 13 December 2019. The event was attended by the Vice President of ANAS, members of the bureau, heads of the scientific institutions, as well as a number of scientists and specialists.
Opening the event, Academic Secretary of DPMTS Academician Nazim Mammadov announced the agenda: anniversaries, scientific, organizational and personnel issues.
Reportы on the scientific and scientific-organizational activities of the institutes of the Division in the current year were also made at the meeting.
Presenting the report of the Institute of Control Systems in 2019, the director of the Institute Academician Telman Aliev, said that the Institute conducted 39 research works, the results of which are reflected in 4 books and 218 articles. According to the scientist, 146 of these articles were published in prestigious scientific journals, including 79 in journals in the Web of Science and Scopus databases. There have been 1362 references to publications of our scientists. Also this year, the Institute conducted research work within the framework of 12 grant projects.
