On 19 September 2016, employees of the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) met with the founder and general director of the Israeli company Intergam Communications, Dr. Moshe Harel, who has more than 20 years of experience working with the European framework programmes, including HORIZON 2020 Research and Innovation Programme.
During the meeting, Director of ICS, Academician Telman Aliev demonstrated to the guest the research work carried out at the Institute and many projects based on that research. Dr. Harel saw the exhibition of the Institute’s scientific achievements and the presentations of three project ideas prepared by the researchers of the Institute:
Mobile system for heart monitoring
Intelligent information system for differential diagnostics and monitoring of poisoning with toxic substances
Intelligent system for selection of surgical treatment in orthopedics
Dr. Harel shared his opinion on the possibility of creating a consortium with Israeli companies and ICS to submit projects to HORIZON 2020 EU Framework Research and Innovation Programme. An agreement to continue cooperation was reached.
