The project of the state program "Developing an intelligent online control system with the use of nanotechnologies to increase the cost-effectiveness of oil production” was discussed at the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) on 6 September 2016.
Vice President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Director of the Institute of Oil and Gas Acad. Ibrahim Guliev, leading researchers of the Institute of Oil and Gas, leading researchers of ICS headed by Director of ICS T. Aliev, including Deputy Director for Science, Doctor of Engineering O. Nusratov, Doctor of Engineering D. Guliyev, Doctor of Engineering A. Hasanov, F. Pashayev, PhD in Engineering.
The report on the project of the state program was read by Head of Laboratory A. Rzayev, PhD in Engineering.
In his report, A. Rzayev informed the participants about the aims of the program, the methods of application of nanotechnologies, the principles of oil production management with the use of nanotechnologies in oilfields, the demand for an intelligent online control system.
He also spoke about the expected results of realization of the state program.
The project of the state program was widely discussed. At the end of the discussion, Acad. I. Guliyev pointed out the relevance of the proposed project of the state program and suggested involving research organizations of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and other organizations in the preparation of the pilot project.
The guests visited the exhibition hall of the ISI and got acquainted with the scientific achievements of recent years and new projects of the Institute.
