Within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Institute of Mathematics and Fundamental Informatics of Siberian Federal University and the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, Academician Telman Aliev gave a review of the abstract of the dissertation "Development of combinatorial optimization algorithms for analysis of graph and hypergraph networks" by A.A. Soldatenko.

A distinctive feature of this dissertation work is that along with the road network of Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk and Novosibirsk and other cities, it also studies the road network of Baku.

It should be noted that Alexander Soldatenko made a presentation " The map of Baku road network" at the international conference on Problems of Logistics, Management and Operation in the East-West Transport Corridor organized by the Institute of Control Systems in October 2021.
